The Village of Mount Carmel, Inc.
The Village of Mt Carmel (VOMC) is a residential community located in Carmel, Indiana. The Village of Mount Carmel, Inc. is the non-profit organization that runs and manages the VOMC park common grounds and pool for our residents in VOMC Sections 6-10.
The VOMC common grounds are located at 13700 Oak Ridge Rd, Carmel IN 46032. This is on Oak Ridge Rd – North of 136th Street and South of Adios Pass.
Please note that annual Associate memberships are available to residents in ALL sections.

Why only Sections 6-9? There is a bit of history behind this… In 1973 (and beyond) when Sections 6-9 were developed they were included into the common ground park and pool area in order to draw in and attract new home buyers. New homeowners would be included into the covenant and have a stake in the common grounds as well as use of the facilities and pool. At the time the then current residents and homeowners of Sections 1-5 were asked if they wished to join and a majority declined the offer. Over the years there have been several attempts to get enough people to have a street or Section join, but there have never been enough to do so. HOWEVER – If you and your street/section would like to move forward with joining PLEASE let the The Village of Mount Carmel, Inc. know and we do everything possible to help you.

PLEASE NOTE: The VOMC Social Committee (also know previously as the VOMC Civic Association) is completely separate from The Village of Mount Carmel, Inc.
The Social Committee VOMC events are open TO ALL VOMC residents from all sections.
